Look Up

Every so often, while you're outside, it might be a good idea to just look up. It is nearly impossible to not be blown away, to not recognize the beauty and the magnificence of the sky.

I know when I look at the sky it sets my mind on things above, both physically and spiritually. For me it is very refreshing and I hope it can be the same for you.

kinda goes along with the previous post. how do you just "do nothing"? There are times when you need to be able to do that - wish I could figure out how to just sit.

When I flew to San Diego, I got to "Look Down", haha. It was amazing, I love flying. I flew over the Rockies, Salt Lake, the Grand Canyon, all in one trip. When we first broke the cloud barrier on ascent, the sun cast a shadow of our plane on the clouds. But there was a full circle rainbow around the shadow, it was amazing. I love flying because I am always in awe of God's creation!

Yeah, when we take the time to be still and know that He is God, standing in awe of the Creator, He heals and rejuvenates us. I also am too horizontally-minded. Looking up is a great to reorient yourself to a vertical mindset, literally. Thanks for this reminder Richie :)
